Addiction

If you are struggling with the thoughts of addiction, be a part of a group of people who have dealt with those feelings and understand what you are going through. This group is about transformation from death to life, from addiction to recovery. It is about walking with God, humbly accepting his will. As you work through each of the Twelve Steps, you’ll discover challenging spiritual lessons that will allow you to live your life free from addiction.

Grief

Are you stuck in the grief process? Often in our grief, we oppose God, argue with Him, plead with Him for healing, and cut people out of our lives. Understanding spiritual truths will put us on a path of healing to help us move beyond our grief. These Twelve Steps will help us move from the death grip of grief to the restoration of life.

Divorce Recovery

This group will work the Twelve Steps path that will lead us out of brokenness and into the restoration of life. Through the workbook we will discover real-life stories and testimonies of healing, great questions for individuals and group discussion, and a Bible-centered approach to freedom, Twelve beautiful blessings await our hard work on the journey of the recovery from divorce.

Sexual Integrity (for women only)

This group will provide tools that will lead us out of inappropriate sexual struggles into the restoration of life. Discover real-life stories of people who have these struggles, great questions for individual and/or group discussion and a Bible centered approach to freedom.

Domestic Violence

Many individuals have suffered in a relationship that is abusive in nature. Abusive relationships can leave lasting scars that effect our lives for years to come. In this group, the focus will be identifying abuse and how it effects our lives. Together we will apply Scripture to our circumstances and pray. This will be a time to share, support and encourage healing. *If you are in an abusive relationship, please seek help to get away from your abuser and find a place of stability and safety.

Mental Health

Have you been feeling misunderstood? Have you searched for biblical and godly support for your emotional and struggles, but have come up empty or feeling disappointed? This wonderful group is full of God-fearing people, who not only understand you but are ready to go on this mental health healing journey with you.

Identity

Do you long for greater intimacy with Christ? Are you tired of futile efforts to experience spiritual victory? The secret is not in religion but in a deeper knowledge of Christ Himself and who we are in Him. This group will take you on a journey to a deeper walk with Christ through the word that sets us free to be who Christ has called us to be!

Every Mans Battle (Winning the War on Sexual Temptation – For Men Only)

From movies and television, to print media, social media, the workplace, the gym and the internet not to mention the world around them, men are constantly faced with the assault of sensual images. It is virtually impossible to avoid such temptations…but, thankfully not impossible to confront them and gain the victory over them. In this group we will go through stories of men who have escaped the trap of sexual immorality and explore a practical detailed plan for any man who desires sexual purity.

Toxic Thinking (Winning the War in your Mind)

This group will help us break free from the spiral of destructive and toxic thinking. We will draw on scriptures and the latest findings of brain science to help us manage our toxic thought patterns.

• Learn how your brain works and see how to rewire your brain.

• Identify the lies the enemy (the hurt whisper) has you believing, therefore leading to toxic thinking and behavior.

• Recognize and short-circuit your mental triggers for destructive thinking.

• See the effects of prayer, praise, and meditation and how they will transform your thinking.

• Develop healthy mind practices that allow God’s thoughts to shape your thinking by rewiring your neural pathways.

Sexual Identity

The purpose of the Sexual Identity as a Christian Group is to provide an opportunity for individuals to share experiences, feelings and coping strategies to help guide reborn Christians in defining their sexual identity in Christ. While the group will briefly discuss identity as a whole, the emphasis is on sexual identity and what Holy sexuality is. The group will use scripture and biblically sound resources to expand on weekly topics.
